Peggy S. Bisping

Peggy S. Bisping is an associate with Hubbard, Ruzicka, Kreamer & Kincaid L.C.  Ms. Bisping is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis and a law school graduate of George Washington University in Washington, D.C.  Peggy was a member of the Honors Moot Court Team in law school.  A native of Nebraska, Ms. Bisping began her practice of law in Chicago, Illinois then moved to the St. Louis area and finally settled in Kansas City.

Peggy has been practicing law for more than 20 years; most of those years she has been dedicated to helping people navigate the family court system whether it be in a child custody case, a maintenance matter, or a division of marital assets case.  When asked how the case strategy is determined, Peggy says it comes down to the client’s goals.  Goals can range along a spectrum from simple to contentious cases.  Some clients know that they want a simple uncontested matter and in general they just need an attorney to help them navigate their settlement through the court system.  If that is your case, then Peggy can help you make the process simple and keep your costs low.  However, as experience tells us, there are many family law matters that are contentious.  Those cases need an attorney who is willing to take every step necessary to be prepared for the trial that may be inevitable.  If that is your situation, then Peggy will be there beside you providing the high level of personal service that a contentious family law case needs.
