James R. Hubbard, Partner

James R. Hubbard is one of the most experienced and accomplished real estate and business attorneys in the Kansas City area, representing some of the most prestigious and well-known clients in this area.  Mr. Hubbard has extensive experience in representing business clients, both small and large, in all aspects of formation, operation and expansion of those entities.  He also has extensive experience in representing all types of real estate clients, including purchase and sale of commercial and residential properties, development, zoning, financing, foreclosures and workouts.  He has represented both municipalities and businesses in municipal financing.  He is the former president of the Corporate, Business and Banking Law Section of the Kansas Bar Association and is a frequent speaker in the areas of real estate and corporate law. 

Mr. Hubbard serves on the parent board and several subsidiary boards of the Olathe Health System, Inc., is a member of the Johnson County Community College Foundation Board of Trustees and is a member of the U.S. Bank Advisory Board.  Mr. Hubbard represents the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors, Heartland Multi-listing System, Olathe Health System, Inc., MidAmerica Nazarene University, U.S. Bank and numerous other clients.  Mr. Hubbard currently holds an AV rating (the highest given) by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory and is a member of the Johnson County and Kansas Bar Associations.
