Thomas E. Ruzicka is a founding member of Norton, Hubbard, Ruzicka, Kreamer & Kincaid L.C., and has been in practice in Olathe, Kansas since 1972. Mr. Ruzicka has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and a Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas. He is also a retired First Lieutenant, United States Army and a Viet Nam veteran.

Mr. Ruzicka practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation with an emphasis on transportation law. He is a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel, Defense Research Institute, and past President and National Board Representative for the Western Missouri/Eastern Kansas Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates.

He is a member of the Kansas Bar Association and the Johnson County Bar Association, as well as various civic and business organizations in the community. Mr. Ruzicka has had considerable Success in achieving personal injury awards in excess of $7,000,000. Mr. Ruzicka has also participated in numerous business and family law cases involving complex litigation and major financial issues.

Mr. Ruzicka lives in Mission Hills, Kansas with his wife, Nancy, an architectural/interior designer and owner of NHR Design. His daughter, Ashley, is a doctor, practicing at the University of Kansas Medical Center; his daughter Lindsay is a licensed participant in the real estate field in the Kansas City area; his son John is currently attending architecture graduate school in San Diego, California; and his son Ted is a pre-law student at the University of Kansas.
