Scott H. Kreamer is a founding member of Norton, Hubbard, Ruzicka, Kreamer & Kincaid and has been in practice in Johnson County, Kansas, since 1977. Prior to the creation of Norton, Hubbard, Ruzicka, Kreamer & Kincaid, Mr.Kreamer was a partner with the Kansas City law firm of Watson & Marshall, L.C. Mr. Kreamer specializes in the practice of matrimonial law in all of the counties surrounding Kansas City (both in Kansas and in Missouri).

Mr. Kreamer has long been a fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and as such, he is recognized by matrimonial practitioners as one of the country's finest divorce lawyers. He has been a member of numerous committees within that prestigious organization.

Mr. Kreamer is also a member of the American Bar Association, having served on the ABA Family Law Section's Taxation and Public Relations committees. He is admitted to practice in the state of Kansas and, also, in the state of Missouri. He is a member of the Johnson County Bar Association, where he serves on the Family Law Bench/Bar committee.

Mr. Kreamer lives in Leawood, Kansas, with his wife, Karen, who is owner of K2 Brand Management, branding counsultants to Fortune 100 Companies, and his son, Sam. Mr.Kreamer's father, Hugh H. Kreamer, was a three-term County District Attorney in Johnson County, Kansas, and his uncle, John H. Kreamer, was chairman of the Kansas City law firm of Gage & Tucker. While at the University of Kansas, Mr. Kreamer was a member of Phi Delta Theta social fraternity. Prior to beginning the practice of law, Mr. Kreamer raced Formula Atlantic cars while living in Mont Tremblant, Quebec, Canada.

Mr. Kreamer was selected by his peers as a Missouri/Kansas "Super Lawyer" in both years of the award: 2005 and 2006. Only 5% of the lawyers in Missouri and Kansas are selected as a "Super Lawyer".
