James R. Hubbard has practiced law in Olathe since 1968, and is a founding member of Norton, Hubbard, Ruzicka, Kreamer & Kincaid L.C. Mr. Hubbard practices primarily in the areas of business, corporate, real estate, and banking law. He has extensive experience in representing business clients, both small and large, in all aspects of the formation, operation and expansion of those entities. He also has extensive experience in representing all types of real estate clients including purchase and sale of commercial and residential properties, development, zoning, financing, foreclosures and workouts. He has represented both municipalities and businesses in municipal financing. He is currently the President of the Corporation, Business and Banking Law Section of the Kansas Bar Association. He is a frequent speaker in the areas of real estate and corporate law.

Mr. Hubbard serves on the parent board and several subsidiary boards of the Olathe Health System, Inc., is a member of the Johnson County Community College Foundation Board of Trustees and is a member of the Mercantile Bank Advisory Board. Mr. Hubbard currently holds an AV rating (the highest given) by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. He is a member of the Johnson County and Kansas Bar Associations.
