Frank Lipsman has practiced law in the Kansas City area since 1984, first with the firm of Smith, Gill, Fisher & Butts, P.C. and then in the Kansas City and Overland Park offices of Bryan Cave L.L.P. He joined the partnership of Norton, Hubbard, Ruzicka, Kreamer & Kincaid L.C. in October, 2002. Frank's practice emphasizes commercial litigation and he has experience litigating contract breaches, real estate disputes and business torts. He has also represented clients in real estate transactions and bankruptcy matters and family law. He is a graduate of mediation training seminars.

A graduate of Washington University in St. Louis and the University of Iowa Law School, Frank practices regularly before the state and federal courts of both Kansas and Missouri. Frank graduated law school with honors and was an associate editor of the Iowa Law Review.

Frank has been active in the community, and is currently serving a two year term as President of the Jewish Community Campus of Kansas City. He has served on the Executive Board of the Kansas City Trolley Corporation, on the Board of Directors of the Jewish Community Relations Bureau, and is a graduate of Leadership Overland Park. He was formerly President, then Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Jewish Community Center of Greater Kansas City.

Frank and his wife, Janet Mark, Manager of the Corporate Development for the Nelson Atkins Museum of Art, and their two teenage children reside in Leawood.
